Leonardo DiCaprio Supports Sean Penn at His CORE Fundraiser

Sean Penn and Leonardo DiCaprio pose for a photo at the CORE event held at Soho Beach House on Wednesday night (December 1) in Miami Beach, Fla.

The event – hosted by Sean, the co-founder of the organization – was a fundraiser benefiting CORE’s (Community Organized Relief Effort) crisis response programs across Latin America, including Haiti and Brazil.

Sean‘s daughter Dylan Penn, Marc Anthony, Soleil Moon Frye, Anitta, comedian Luenell, and more were also photographed in attendance.

The benefit raised $1.6 million! If you don’t know, CORE has been providing critical frontline COVID-19 relief since March 2020, with a focus on serving the most vulnerable and resource-limited communities and to-date has administered nearly 3 million vaccines and nearly 6 million tests to date around the world.
