Margot Robbie is finally selling her former home after moving into an exclusive neighborhood a couple years ago.
The 31-year-old Oscar-nominated actress and her husband Tom Ackerley are selling their Hancock Park home in Los Angeles for $3.475 million.
The couple bought the home in early 2017 for $2.725 million and then they purchased a $5 million home in Venice in summer 2019, according to Dirt.com.
The Hancock Park home has 3,364 square feet of living space with four bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. The house is situated on a 0.15 acre parcel of land, so there’s not a large backyard, but there is still a swimming pool and spa.
Margot recently made some rare comments about life with her husband Tom, who she met back in 2013.
