In the clip, two actors – played by host Rami Malek and Kenan Thompson – engage in a “Prince-off” performing the late icon’s “Kiss” as finalists for the role.

Before the producers make their decision, Daniel Craig crashes the scene dressed as a medieval prince.

“Is it too late to audition for the prince? It’s a horror movie. It’s about racism right? I’m here, I’m ready. Can I at least have a try?” he amusingly asks.

He then takes a guitar and takes direction for an audition, as the three all start performing together.

Later on, he appeared in a sketch with Cecily Strong, Aristotle Athari and Rami Malek called “Angelo.”

If you didn’t see it, Daniel Craig recently made headlines for his thoughts on gay bars.
