Wendy Williams is still getting treatment for her health.
The 57-year-old Wendy Williams Show host revealed in a statement on social media Thursday (September 30) that she will not be returning for new shows as previously announced just yet.

“Wendy will not be returning with new shows on Oct. 4. She has been and continues to be under a doctor’s care and is still not ready to return to work,” the statement reads.
“We plan to return with new shows on Oct. 18. Her breakthrough COVID case is no longer an issue and she has tested negative, but she is still dealing with some ongoing medical issues.”
Following the new of her breakthrough COVID diagnosis, it was reported that she was taken for a psychiatric evaluation.
