Sophia Bush is loving the engaged life!
On Tuesday (August 17), the 39-year-old One Tree Hill actress took to social media to gave fans a first glimpse at her engagement ring from new fiance Grant Hughes.

“Leaning into this happiness 💫” Sophia wrote on Instagram along with a selfie of she and Grant swimming in a pool on vacation as he gives her a kiss on the cheek.
“I am deeply aware that joy is not an option for so many around the world in this moment,” Sophia continued. “Clinging to gratitude right now because today it is an option for me. I wish this — in whatever version feels true for anyone who might see this — for you. Yes you.”
She added, “I wish you joy. Love. The feeling of being seen. Of being safe. Of being held. Of falling asleep with a smile on your face. All my love to you. In these wild times. All of the good squeeze kind. All of ours.”
Sophia first announced she was engaged to Grant last week, revealing he popped the question during a romantic Italian getaway.
For those who don’t know, Grant is an entrepreneur who cofounded the Santa Monica-based organization FocusMotion Health, which “creates data-driven orthopedic recovery solutions” for surgery patients.
