Gene Simmons is heading to Sin City.
The Kiss frontman and wife Shannon Tweed splashed out $8.2 million on a new 11,000-square-foot home in Henderson, Nevada, just outside of Las Vegas, Page Six reported.

“We are moving out of LA for a number of reasons…I’m done [with California]. There are earthquakes, fires and pandemics every year. Even though there is nice sunshine, I’m done,” he previously said of the move away from his Beverly Hills estate, which is now on the market for $20 million.
The new 2-story home near Las Vegas has six bedrooms and eight bathrooms, and features a swimming pool, koi pond and sweeping views of the desert valley.
