Bob Barker's 'The Price Is Right' Episodes Will Get Their Own TV Channel!

Fans of The Price is Right will definitely be happy to hear this news!

Episodes from the beloved game show’s Bob Barker era will be the sole content on a brand new channel from Fremantle and Pluto TV.

The channel, titled The Price Is Right: The Barker Era, will launch on December 1 and it will provide 24/7 broadcasts of the game show. The episodes will include fan-favorite ones and also ones that haven’t been seen since their original air dates.

Bob Barker was the host of the game show from 1972 until his final show in 2007. He earned 17 Emmy Awards for his work on the show and he received a Lifetime Achievement Award from the Emmys in 1999. Drew Carey has been hosting for the last 13 years.

“The Price is Right is classic feel-good TV and a part of television history with beloved host Bob Barker at the helm,” said Amy Kuessner, SVP of Content Strategy and Global Partnerships at Pluto TV (via Deadline). “These iconic game shows have not been televised in 40 years, and Pluto TV is thrilled to be the exclusive home of these classics, as they bring our viewers back in time to a treasured era of television.”

For those wondering, yes, Bob Barker is still alive at 96-years-old!
