The 49-year-old The Leftovers actor soaked up the sunshine while taking his dog Kuma for a walk Friday afternoon (August 14) in NYC.

Justin showed off his buff arms in a white sleeveless shirt paired with black jeans and a white knit cap while staying safe in a black face mask and latex gloves for his day out.
