“I couldn’t be more excited for them! They are both two of my closest and dearest friends, so I’m over the moon that they’re together and make each other so happy,” the real estate agent said.

She added, “Now Romain and I have our closest friends as a couple to double date with! I’m elated!”

Mary and Jason actually dated before the hit Netflix series started, before ultimately calling it quits. Mary tied the knot with Romain in October 2019.

She said that while their relationship didn’t work out, she could see Chrishell and Jason working out.

“I think Jason is in a different place now than when we dated, and he’s now ready to commit,” she says. “They are also just an incredible match for each other! Jason and I have a very special bond and friendship, but they have chemistry that is meant for more than just friendship.”

“Jason is one of my longest and best friends. We know each other too well for him to be able to hide something like this from me. I could just tell he was different around Chrishell,” she continued. “Although I’ve been very protective and not always approving of other women he’s brought around over the last decade, I 100 percent approve of their relationship and immediately gave them both my full support and love.”

When asked if she thought their relationship would affect the office dynamic, she replied, “I don’t think so.”

“I would secretly be a little excited if I could finally pass the ‘Mary gets favored’ baton to someone else,” she joked.

“All joking aside, there is and won’t be favoritism inside the brokerage,” she continued. “Most of us are all very close and consider each other family, so it will bring us closer together if anything.”

Chrishell recently revealed that Jason sent her a super extravagant gift for her birthday! Check out the pics…

Emma Stone Considering Disney Lawsuit Following Scarlett Johansson (Report)

Emma Stone Considering Disney Lawsuit Following Scarlett Johansson (Report)

Emma Stone is reportedly considering doing what Scarlett Johansson just did.

The 32-year-old actress is considering a lawsuit against Disney for the release of Cruella on Disney+, Screenrant reported Friday (July 30).

The movie premiered simultaneously in theaters and on Disney+ back in May, as did Black Widow more recently.

If you didn’t know, Scarlett Johansson filed a lawsuit against Disney, citing that the dual release was a breach of her contract, as her salary is contingent on the movie’s box office numbers, which she believed were affected by the Disney+ launch.

Former THR Editor Matt Belloni wrote in his What I’m Hearing… newsletter that she is currently considering a lawsuit too: “Emma Stone, star of Cruella, is said to be weighing her options,” he wrote, adding that Disney is “notoriously difficult to deal with” in these circumstances.

He also wrote that Scarlett has overwhelming amount of support from fellow creatives, and that this issue won’t go away anytime soon.

Here is how Disney reacted to the lawsuit.

Broadway Theaters & 2021 Emmy Awards Will Require Audience Members to Show Proof of Vaccination

Broadway Theaters & 2021 Emmy Awards Will Require Audience Members to Show Proof of Vaccination

Earlier this week, the CDC announced new recommendations for fully vaccinated Americans as cases the delta variant of coronavirus continue to rise.

Both the 2021 Emmy Awards and Broadway theaters have followed suit, issuing new safety protocols for guests to follow as they attend in-person events.

It was reported earlier this summer that Broadway shows were eying a Fall 2021 opening date and now The Broadway League has announced new guidelines audiences members will have to follow when attending shows.

According to Deadline, 41 Broadway theaters will require vaccinations for theater-goers as well as performers, crew members and theater staff for performances through October 2021.

Audience members will also need to wear masks inside the theaters, except while eating or drinking in designated areas.

Charlotte St. Martin, President of the Broadway League, said in a statement that the new policy “makes it simple for our audiences and should give even more confidence to our guests about how seriously Broadway is taking audience safety.”

The requirements will last until the fall and undergo a review in September 2021, which could include “a relaxation of certain provisions if the science dictates.”

Exceptions will be made for children under 12 and people with a medical condition or religious belief that prevents vaccination. These guests will need to provide proof of a negative COVID-19 PCR test within 72 hours of performance start time or a negative antigen test taken within 6 hours of the performance start time.

The Academy of Television Arts and Sciences also announced on Friday (July 20) that those attending the 2021 Emmy Awards would be required to show proof of vaccination.

They also reiterated their previous plans, telling guests that only nominees and their plus-ones would be permitted to attend one of the three ceremonies that are being held this year.

Cedric the Entertainer is taking on hosting duties this year. The 2021 Emmy Awards will air live on Sunday, September 19 at 8/7c on CBS, and will also stream live and on demand on Paramount+.

Scarlett Johansson's Agent Calls Out Disney Amid Lawsuit

Scarlett Johansson‘s agent is tearing into Disney.

Following the news of the 36-year-old star’s lawsuit against the company, as well as their response to the lawsuit, CAA Co-Chairman and agent Bryan Lourd issued a statement of his own on Friday (July 30), via Deadline.

“I want to address the Walt Disney Company’s statement that was issued in response to the lawsuit filed against them yesterday by our client Scarlett Johansson. They have shamelessly and falsely accused Ms. Johansson of being insensitive to the global COVID pandemic, in an attempt to make her appear to be someone they and I know she isn’t,” he said.

“Scarlett has been Disney’s partner on nine movies, which have earned Disney and its shareholders billions. The company included her salary in their press statement in an attempt to weaponize her success as an artist and businesswoman, as if that were something she should be ashamed of. Scarlett is extremely proud of the work that she, and all of the actors, writers, directors, producers, and the Marvel creative team have been a part of for well over a decade,” he continued.

“This suit was filed as a result of Disney’s decision to knowingly violate Scarlett’s contract. They have very deliberately moved the revenue stream and profits to the Disney+ side of the company, leaving artistic and financial partners out of their new equation. That’s it, pure and simple. Disney’s direct attack on her character and all else they implied is beneath the company that many of us in the creative community have worked with successfully for decades.”
