Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel are getting rid of their home in the Hollywood Hills.

The longtime couple are making Montana their permanent residence and keeping their New York home. They just listed their L.A. house for a whopping $35 million, according to the Wall Street Journal.

A source told People, “They’re rarely in L.A. and are happy to live in Montana. They also still have a place on the East Coast.”

The Hollywood Hills home sits on a 10-acre property in a cul-de-sac and the mansion features 13,530 square feet of living space with nine bedrooms and 11 bathrooms. Among the amenities inside the home are a screening room, a gym, four fireplaces, an 85-foot zero-edge swimming pool, a separate plunge pool, a tennis court, a standalone guesthouse, and a vegetable garden.
