White House Confirms They Offered to Speak with Nicki Minaj About Vaccine Safety

Nicki Minaj claimed that the White House had contacted her to speak about vaccine safety.

If you missed it, the 38-year-old rapper revealed she was not vaccinated against COVID-19 and could not attend the Met Gala, a fully vaccinated event, as a result.

In response to the haters claiming Nicki might have lied about the White House’s invitation, she responded in an Instagram Live, “do ya’ll think that I would go on the internet and lie about being invited to the f****** White House?”

Now, the White House has revealed that they did offer to meet with Nicki.

“As we have with others, we offered a call with Nicki Minaj and one of our doctors to answer questions she has about the safety and effectiveness of the vaccine,” a White House spokesperson told Variety.
