Milo Ventimiglia gets in an early morning workout on Saturday (September 18) in Los Angeles.
The 44-year-old actor got in a quick workout ahead of the 2021 Emmy Awards.
If you don’t know, This Is Us is nominated for several awards tonight at the Emmys. The show is nominated in several categories, including Outstanding Drama Series!
