Madonna is ready to premiere the Madame X Tour.
The 63-year-old pop icon premiere the trailer for her forthcoming concert special live during the 2021 MTV Video Music Awards, and it’s available now to watch ahead of the premiere on Paramount+ on October 8.
The concert ran from September 2019 to March of 2020, and was in support of her 2019 studio album, Madame X. By the end of the year, Billboard announced that the tour grossed nearly $40 million dollars, making her the 9th most successful touring act of 2020.
“Sharing my vision with global audiences has been profoundly meaningful to me. The opportunity to bring its message and the incandescent artistry of all involved to an even wider audience comes at a time when music is so deeply needed to remind us of the sacred bond of our shared humanity,” Madonna said in a statement.
