British actress Una Stubbs has tragically passed away at the age of 84.
She passed away after an illness, her agent confirmed to Deadline, along with a short statement from the family.
“Mum passed away quietly today with her family around her, in Edinburgh. We ask for privacy and understanding at this most difficult and sad of times,” a statement from the family read.
If you’re a fan of the Sherlock series starring Benedict Cumberbatch and Martin Freeman, you may recognize Una as she portrayed the role of Mrs. Hudson.
She also appeared in titles including Worzel Gummidge, The Worst Witch, Call The Midwife, and more.
