Kelly Clarkson is a big fan of her The Voice co-coach Ariana Grande!
The 39-year-old singer appeared on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Monday (August 23) and discussed Ariana‘s first season on the show, which premieres on September 20.

“She’s so funny, like, very witty,” Kelly gushed about her co-coach. “She’s hysterical. Everybody vibes so well, it’s good.”
She went on to joke that it was awkward for coach Blake Shelton as Ariana got the biggest cheers when she came out, which Kelly compared to having BTS in the building.
She also opened up about what it was like filming The Kelly Clarkson Show during the COVID-19 pandemic.
“Our whole show is about connection — this is irony — in the middle of our season, connecting and then COVID happened. And everyone was isolated. That was kinda crushing,” she said.
“When you do focus on helping others,” she continued. “It helps you through your own stuff.”
Kelly recently hit the road for a girls trip amid her divorce from Brandon Blackstock.
