A big biopic is currently being shopped around and Apple and Netflix are both contenders to land the movie.
The film currently has Jennifer Lawrence circling the leading role with filmmaker Paolo Sorrentino also attached. The movie would see Jennifer starring as famed talent agent Sue Mengers, who passed away at the age of 81 in 2011.

In his “What I’m Hearing…” newsletter, Matthew Belloni, former editorial director of THR, said that “Apple bid is in the $80 million range, says one source, including the $20 million-plus fee for Lawrence to star and produce with partner Justine Polsky via their Excellent Cadaver shingle.”
Sue had a list of so many star clients over the years including Barbra Streisand, Candice Bergen, Cher, and more.
