Dave Bautista has starred as Drax the Destroyer in several Marvel movies over the years.
He portrayed the fan favorite character in Guardians of the Galaxy (2014), Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 (2017), Avengers: Infinity War (2018) and Avengers: Endgame (2019).
So fans were shocked when he was one of the seven Marvel stars who were confirmed to NOT be returning for the new Marvel series, What If…? The show has several Marvel stars returning to voice their original characters, but Dave‘s name was left off of the list.
Now, he’s explaining why he’s not participating and the answer is shocking!
