The apartment is a 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home, which includes many pieces of artwork and treasures. It’s a pre-war townhouse placed on a tree-lined street that faces the river, and includes an oversized windowed foyer.

The amenities include a fitness center and bike storage, with high ceilings and spacious rooms inside, plus easy access to a river promenade.

“When I was growing up, we moved every four years. My mom was always remodeling and redecorating, never quite satisfied with the story the room was telling at the time. Moving would be part of that. She would get restless with a place. For her to stay in this apartment for 23 years, which for my mom is an eternity, it had to change. I think she got tired of all the moving, and she decided to burrow into this place and just work on it,” Anderson previously said of the space, via the New York Times.

Anderson Cooper recently had a celebratory dad’s night out in June – find out who else joined him!
