Brooke Burke is mourning the loss of her younger brother Tommy, who died earlier this week just one day after his 44th birthday.
The 49-year-old former Dancing with the Stars host took to her Instagram account on Friday (July 23) to pay tribute to her late sibling.
“I have no words today 💔,” Brooke captioned a slideshow of photos on her page. She added, “just Tommy Burke 7/19/1977 – 7/20/2021 🙏🏼.”
Brooke‘s daughter Neriah commented on the post and said, “heaven gained the coolest angel.”

Brooke also took to her Instagram Stories and asked her loved ones to not send her anything. She wrote, “To my friends and family, thank you for the loving support. I humbly need to ask that you please to NOT send me anything, with love and respect it’s not about me… PLEASE transfer any gesture to my brother’s family And the many children he leaves behind.”
A GoFundMe page was set up to support Tommy‘s wife and their 10 kids. The page says that he “passed away suddenly and unexpectedly while sleeping in his home.”
