Big Brother's Will Kirby Wins Legal Battle Against Former Friend Mike 'Boogie' Malin

Will Kirby has won a legal battle against fellow Big Brother winner and former friend Mike “Boogie” Malin.

The guys have a long history on the CBS reality series after first appearing together on the second season, which Dr. Will won. They later returned for Big Brother: All Stars in season seven and Boogie won that season.

Back in 2019, Will was granted a restraining order against Mike.

TMZ reports that the two reality stars were supposed to go on a new show together, but Will decided to decline participation, which meant that Mike was no longer invited to participate too. The outlet says, “that’s allegedly when he began sending threats to Kirby and his family.”

Last month, Mike was found guilty of felony stalking after pleading no contest. He was sentenced to two years probation and now details about the restitution have been revealed.

Mike has been ordered to pay $23,219, plus 10 percent interest, to Will. He must also pay Will‘s attorney fees of $20,745.

A former Big Brother contestant recently revealed the salary she received from CBS.
