Elton John Announces Final 'Farewell Yellow Brick Road' Tour Dates!

Elton John is going on tour!

The 74-year-old “I’m Still Standing” icon first embarked on his Farewell Yellow Brick Road tour three years ago, but was forced to reschedule the final leg of the tour amid the global pandemic.

Variety writes that the tour will begin with a conclusion of the arena dates rescheduled from 2020. Elton will travel across Europe, North America, Australia and New Zealand for this round of shows, starting with a concert in Germany on September 1.

The new dates will kick off on May 27, 2022 in Germany, then move to North America, beginning in Philadelphia in July, and finishing up in November with a two dates at Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles.

The tour will continue through 2023 with two shows in Auckland New Zealand in January and soon-to-be-announced dates in Australia, and will end there nearly five years after its opening date.

Tickets go on sale on Tuesday, June 29 in Europe and June 30 in North America, with pre-sale available for American Express Card Members.
