Drake is giving an update about his upcoming album, Certified Lover Boy.

He told hosts Nunu Nellz and Tsu Surf that he would also stop by the upcoming rap battle between Murda Mook and Reed Dollaz, which is set to take place at the end of the summer, telling the pair, “I’ll be there. My album will be out by then.”
Drake had initially planned to drop Certified Lover Boy in January 2021, but delayed the release in order to take time for rehabilitation after a surgery.
“I was planning to release my album this month but between surgery and rehab my energy has been dedicated to recovery. I’m blessed to be back on my feet feeling great and focused on the album, but CLB won’t be dropping in January,” he wrote at the time.
Certified Lover Boy will be his sixth full-length studio album and is the follow up to 2018′s Scorpion.
He was spotted hitting the studio back in April alongside his pal Zack Bia. Check out the pics here…
